Gebze Municipality Liberation Move Chess Tournament Regulation |
** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!
* Please, mark the Article 7.iX of the regulation for all the players who participate in the tournament.
* 7. ix “The players who removed from the tournament or lost by forfeit in the final round will not be in the final standings at the end of the competition and none of them can not receive any awards.”
* The tournament is open to all Turkish players who have a valid TCF license of 2013-2014 season. Please visit http://kampanya.tsf.org.tr/ to have your licenses. Licence fee is free for under 16.
* The tournament is open for foreign players to prove a valid passport and Fide ID. The tournament will be held in two categories; Open Category and Under12 Category ( 2002-2007 ). Each category is limited to 200 participants. If the registrations number reaches the limit, the registration will be closed immediately even before registration deadline.
* Players under 12 may register to open category on their wishes. The lists of participants will be presented on the tournament web page on 18 September 2014 at 19:00 p.m.
* Under 12 category is open to those born between the years 2002-2007. Players born in 2008 can not have registration for the tournament.
Turkish Player’s Registration, must be done through online registration form which can be found on the official tournament website, http://kurtulus.tsf.org.tr There is not any other way for the registration. All participants can register after paid their registration fee via online payment procedure from the tournament website.
Entry Fee will be 40 TL for the Open Category and 10 TL for the Under 12 category. FIDE Titled players aren’t supposed to pay any Entry Fee.

A total number of 20 players with GM, IM, WGM Titles ( 2 players from each federation) will be able to stay in a double room with full board financed by the organisation. Furthermore, the organisation is free to accept or reject the conditions and the applications for the titled players. Titled players(GM,IM and WGM) should take confirmation about their free accommodation from the following e-mail address
